The latest NTS acquisition is now trading. National Tyres have taken an assignment of a lease from IMO Car Wash. The depot began trading on 17th January 2011 and is reporting brisk trade. It offers a full range of services including facilities to carry out MOTs
National Tyres acquisitions update 8/11/10
A site in Sittingbourne has recently completed and one in Croydon will complete at the end of November. The Board have recently approved two further sites in Keighly and Aylebury.
Two further NTS acquisitions completed and trading in Wolverhampton & Portsmouth
As part of the on-going acquisition campaign, Fairhurst Estates Ltd have completed two new acquisitions at Dudley Rd, Wolverhampton and Rodney Rd, Portsmouth. FEL co-ordinated the acquisition from start to finish, including securing planning consent via JWPC Planning Consultants, agreeing Heads of Terms, completing the legal formalities and managing the fit-out process through to branch opening. Both branches officially opened on October 1st and have reported brisk trading.
First National Tyres acquisition opens in Welwyn Garden City
Fairhurst Estates Ltd are delighted to confirm the opening of the first new 2010 acquisition for National Tyres in Welwyn Garden City. Terms were agreed to take an assignment of the residue of a lease to Auto Windscreens at Bridge Road East in Welwyn Garden City.
National Tyres acquisition programme continues to aquire new depots.
Fairhurst Estates Ltd have been retained by National Tyres to acquire new tyre and exhaust depots throughout the UK. Three locations have legally completed and a further five have Board approval and are in varying stages of acquisition. NTS plan to acquire 100 new sites as soon as possible and all potential opportunities should be submitted to Fairhurst Estates.
