Our origins surrounded “roadside property management” with nationwide consultancy and support to such as: National Tyre, Speedy Hire, Floors2Go in the UK. From such clientele we have been adopted by clients in commercial, industrial, retail and regeneration projects including key public sector contracts. This includes such as: Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (CAFCASS) and Driving Standards Agency (DSA).
Fairhurst Estates has provided CAFCASS with Estate Management services which included Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Acquisitions and Disposals in respect of the management of 45 offices across the Midlands and South Wales. It also provided the DSA with Estates Management services which included Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals, Acquisitions and Disposals. We continue to have links with CAFCASS and receive instructions to handle local issues.
In an ISO Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire completed by CAFCASS earlier this year Fairhurst was rated as excellent in all areas of Communication, Technical Capability/Support and Service Quality & Delivery.
