Fairhurst Estates have legally completed an NTS Acquisition at Bridge Road East, Welwyn Garden City. The deal came about through an assignment of a lease from Auto Windscreens due to expire in March 2012. The unit is 2250 sq ft and adjacent to a Nationwide Autocentre and  Kwik Fit Depot.

Acting on behalf of retained clients Condie Investments, Fairhurst Estates carried out the project management of the mixed residential scheme providing 16 residential apartments and circa 4,000 sq ft commercial space. This space has now been successfully let to Tesco convenience stores on a long term lease. A beautiful mosaic runs along one external wall and was designed by children attending the local junior school.
