The range of surveys are as follows:
Photographic Schedule of Condition
A brief narrative which describes the property, its condition coupled with supportive documentation along with photographs.
Condition Survey
A broader description of the property followed by a floor-by-floor, area-by-area and room-by-room description identifying, by a schedule, all defects.
Building Survey
A narrative, which describes the property, outlines defects and makes recommendations for costs on remediation or repair.
Structural Survey
As building survey but is targeted at the structural elements only.
