About Us

Fairhurst Estates was established in February 2002 and comprises the former property team of a major corporate occupier. The original team of 8 remains and the company now employs 22 staff acting for a variety of clients. Fairhurst Estates is a private limited company and is solely owned by the employees. Professional staff have 20+ years experience of private practice, corporate environments and local government.

  • Manage 1500+ properties nationwide
  • Completed nationwide disposal programme circa 100+ properties (both Freehold and Leasehold)
  • Commercial leasehold liability reduction programme including negociating surrender, assignments or subletting of surplus properties in nationwide locations
  • Collect circa £2m rent annually, reducing arrears and standardizing lease terms
  • Project managed new concept distribution centre for client contract value £1.4m
  • Co-ordinated a nationwide re-signage and redecoration programme for a major retailer
  • Reactive maintenance helpdesk grown substantially following investment in new bespoke IT system enabling full interactive web based access.
