Fairhurst Estates were awarded an agreement to supply rent collection and treasury management services for the Royal British Legion, winning the contract through competitive tender.

Having just completed year one of the agreed contract, Fairhurst have been instrumental in significantly reducing rent arrears and improving the rate of rent recovery, two areas the Legion were keen to address. In the last six months, Fairhurst Estates have also completed a detailed condition survey programme to identify, budget and monitor planned preventative maintenance of our operational portfolio and provided facilities management services to best look after the Charity’s assets.

Their team are proactive, approachable and professional in everything that they do.  Communication is great, with both our tenants and internal stakeholders. They have continued to deliver the highest level of service promised.
